How to get your company involved in the IAP

By joining the Industrial Affiliates Program, you gain an employment edge and have a prominent role in the progression of technical communication. You also join the Department of Writing Studies in a collaborative relationship of research, practice, networking, education, and training. Membership with the Industrial Affiliates Program represents a strong, tangible commitment to the technical communication profession and the University.

The Industrial Affiliates Program creates an industry-university relationship that is necessary to strengthen companies and new technical communicators. If you want information about strengthening your company and your potential employees, the Industrial Affiliates Program is right for you.

How students can get involved in the IAP

If you're a student in the Scientific and Technical Communication program, you have many opportunities for getting involved in the Industrial Affiliates. There's almost always an Affiliate event in the near future, and there's many ways to participate.
